山东信乐味精有限公司始建于2002年10月1日，位于茌平信发工业园区，占地1100余亩，员工2600人，各类工程技术人员480人，下辖上海国汇味精有限公司，国汇生物工程（马来西亚）有限公司，茌平信祥化工有限公司，茌平祥乐复合肥有限公司，茌平信强化工有限公司，茌平信磊淀粉有限公司等六家子公司。是一家集粮食深加工，涵盖微生物发酵，化工产品为一体的大型企业。味精的年生产能力13万吨,年销售收10亿余元。
企业先后获得了“山东现场管理样板企业”、“农业产业化龙头企业”、“省政府就业再就业先进企业”、“标准化良好行为4A级企业”等，并荣获了“山东省名牌”，通过了“ISO9001认证”及“产品计量免检”等荣誉称号，被中国发酵协会推荐为理事单位。
信乐味精系列产品以上乘优质大米、玉米、淀粉为原料，生产工艺上采用高科技α转晶技术，属天然调味品，外观颗粒均匀、色泽光亮、晶莹剔透，以其独特的味觉深受国内外顾客青睐，产品出口到荷兰、法国、西班牙、马来西亚、越南、韩国、澳大利亚等国家。
Shandong Xinle Monosodium Glutamate Co., Ltd. was established on Oct. 1, 2002. Located In Chiping Xinfa Industry Park, the company occupies land over 1100 mu with 2600 employees, including 480 technicians. It administer six subsidiaries :Shanghai Guohui Monosodium Glutamate Co., Ltd., Guohui Bioengineering(Malaysia)Co., Ltd., Chiping Xinxiang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Chiping Xiangle Compound fertilizer Co., Ltd., Chiping Xinqiang Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.,and Chiping Xinlei Starch Co., Ltd.. It is a large-scale enterprise combining foodstuff deep-processing, microorganism fermentation and chemical products. It has annual production capability of 130000 tons of monosodium glutamate. It gains sales income as much as over 1 billion Yuan.
